These terms and conditions apply to all sales of Back Pocket wine and wine brand merchandise.

If we cannot supply goods because they are out of stock we will contact you to discuss alternatives or the cancellation of your order.

Minors

•  To purchase wine from us, customers must be 18 years or over.

Prices and Payment

•  Our prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

•  We accept payment by credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque.

•  If by previous arrangement goods are bought on credit, payment must be made within 14 days of our invoice date.

•  If no previous credit arrangement has been made, payment must be received prior to dispatch.

•  We remain the owners of goods purchased until they are paid for in full.

Delivery

•  Customers may elect to pay for delivery or collect goods by arrangement.

•  Responsibility for goods passes to the customer on delivery.

•  If the goods are incomplete, the wrong goods, or are damaged, customers must advise us within three days of delivery.

•  If the goods do not arrive, customers must advise us within three days of the expected delivery.

•  Back Pocket Wine Club members should select the Wine Club Free Post Delivery Method to ensure they are not charged for delivery.

•  Wholesale registered members should select the Wholesale Post Delivery Method to ensure they are charged wholesale delivery rates.

•  All other registered and unregistered customers should select the General Post Delivery Method to ensure they are charged the discounted general delivery rate.

Returns

•  Goods must be returned to: 90 Savina Lane, Severnlea Q 4352.

•  By prior arrangement with the customer, we will pay for the return of wrong or damaged goods.

•  Customers must advise us of a cancellation of an order prior to receiving goods.

•  If an order is cancelled after goods are dispatched, customers must return the goods at their own expense.

Privacy

•  Customer information is collected and retained for Back Pocket sales purposes only and is not divulged to any other party for any purpose.
